2009 was a very busy year for Exclusive Events, Inc. We were fortunate enough to design quite a few really wonderful events, large and small. On March 5th, the 11th Annual St. Louis ISES Chapter Louie Awards we were given out at The Palladium St. Louis.
We were very fortunate to win in 3 categories this year
Best Event Design and Decor Budget under $15,000.00. For the wedding that took place at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on May 23rd, 2009
Best Event Design and Decor Budget over $15,000.0 For the wedding that took place at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on December 19th, 2009.
As well as Best Team Event. We won with our colleagues for the beautiful wedding that took place at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on December 19th, 2009.
The wonderful thing about each of these awards is that they were awards for events we truly loved working on because our clients on each one were truly fantastic to work for.
Look out 2010!! Here we come!
In addition to the awards we received that evening, Exclusive Events, Inc. had the opportunity to design the awards program.
We chose the theme Cirque Du Soleil. We designed, built, painted, and chose the lighting design for the circular stage and backdrop. We worked in conjuction with Belle of the Ball St. Louis for the performers for the evening. Their wonderful talent included aerial performers, the mermaid for the mermaid bar, stiltwalkers, and the perfect “ringmaster” for the evening.
So not only did we have so much fun creating the theme and ambiance for this awards show, we actually got to win something too!
